Rodchenkov Anti-Doping Act of 2018

This bill makes it a criminal offense for any organization or person, other than a participating athlete, to influence or conspire to influence a major international sports competition by use of substances or treatment methods prohibited by the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization International Convention Against Doping in Sport.
