Modernizing Obstetric Medicine Standards Act of 2018 or the MOMS Act
This bill requires the Health Resources and Services Administration to contract with a national organization to develop best practices relating to maternal mortality and morbidity prevention, and to establish a grant program for states to implement such best practices.
