Justice for Native Survivors of Sexual Violence Act

This bill amends the Indian Civil Rights Act of 1968 to revise provisions regarding tribal jurisdiction over crimes of domestic violence, including to expand tribal criminal jurisdiction to include sex trafficking, sexual violence, stalking, and related conduct.
