Cyber Support for Anti-Terrorism by Fostering Effective Technologies Act of 2018 or the Cyber SAFETY Act of 2018

This bill amends the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to authorize the Department of Homeland Security to extend liability protections to cybersecurity technologies. Under current law, such protections are limited to anti-terrorism technologies.
