Captain John Smith Chesapeake National Historic Trail Parity Act

This bill amends the National Trails System Act to require the Department of the Interior to administer the Captain John Smith Chesapeake National Historic Trail in Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New York, and the District of Columbia as a unit of the National Park System.
