Separation of Powers Restoration Act of 2017

This bill replaces the deference given to an agency's interpretation of a statute with a requirement that courts decide all relevant questions of law without giving deference to the agency's interpretation. Thus, this bill overturns Chevron U.S.A., Inc. v. Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc.
