This bill directs the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to designate employees at the FAA Aircraft Registry Office in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, as excepted employees in the event of a government shutdown or emergency furlough to ensure that it remains open for the duration of the lapse in federal government appropriations to the FAA.
