Department of Defense Talent Management Improvement Act of 2017
This bill suspends for FY2018-FY2022 the fiscal year limit on the number of: (1) commissioned officers serving on active duty in the Army, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Navy; or (2) officers on active duty Reserve or full-time National Guard duty.
