Increasing Transferability of Entitlement to Post-9/11 Educational Assistance Act of 2017
This bill provides that in a case in which a post-9/11 educational assistance entitlement is transferred to a dependent and the service member transferor subsequently dies, the dependent may transfer some or all of such entitlement to another dependent to whom entitlement was already transferred by the service member.
