- stop the violence in Ukraine,
- honor the ceasefire agreed to under the Minsk Accord,
- withdraw heavy weapons and troops from Ukraine's sovereign territory,
- stop financing the separatists in eastern Ukraine,
- allow repairs to critical infrastructure, and
- fulfill all of its Minsk commitments.
Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that continued unlawful Russian aggression in Ukraine may warrant considering the imposition of additional and more burdensome sanctions on the Russian Federation.
Calls on: (1) the United States and other North Atlantic Treaty Organization countries to provide more defensive military support for Ukraine in fighting off Russian aggression, and (2) the United States and the United Nations to provide more support for the internally displaced people in Ukraine.
