Disapproves of the adoption of United Nations General Assembly Resolution A/ES-10/L.22 on December 21, 2017, which rejects U.S. recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

Affirms the December 6, 2017, presidential proclamation recognizing Jerusalem as Israel's capital and directing the Department of State to prepare to move the U.S. Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

Urges the President to direct the State Department to report to Congress on the status of U.S. assistance provided to countries that voted to adopt such resolution.
