This bill exempts from federal-aid highway vehicle weight limitations a vehicle operating on a segment of the Interstate System in North Dakota if it:
- has a gross vehicle weight of 129,000 pounds or less;
- complies with certain single axle, tandem axle, and bridge formula weight limits; and
- is authorized to operate on such segment under North Dakota law.
