Stopping Grinch Bots Act of 2018

This bill prohibits the circumvention (e.g., via bot technology) of a website's security measure or technological control for enforcing posted purchasing limits or for managing inventory. A person may not sell a product if the person knows that the product was acquired using such circumvention.
