Ex-Offender Voter Registration Act of 2018

This bill amends the federal criminal code to require the Bureau of Prisons, as part of reentry planning procedures, to provide prisoners with information on voting rights for convicted felons and, for the state in which a prison will reside upon release, voting registration or application forms.
