North Korea Nuclear Baseline Act
This bill directs the President to submit to Congress a report, with biannual updates, on the status of North Korea's nuclear and ballistic missile programs in order to establish a baseline of progress for denuclearization negotiations. Every 365 days such reports shall include an assessment of U.S. and international capacity to access and investigate in North Korea suspicious sites or allegations of covert nuclear activities.
