State Access to Firearms Evading Revocation Act

This bill amends the federal criminal code to prohibit the sale or transfer of a firearm to a person: (1) whose state permit or license to purchase, own, or possess a firearm was revoked and not reinstated; or (2) who was ordered by a state court to surrender all firearms, and such firearms have not been lawfully returned.
