Armed Prohibited Persons Act of 2018

This bill authorizes the Department of Justice to make grants to states to develop and operate systems to retrieve firearms from armed prohibited persons. An armed prohibited person is a person who lawfully purchases a firearm and later becomes prohibited from possessing the firearm due to an act or omission committed by such person.
