Transportation Equity Act

This bill requires the Department of Transportation to establish a program to reimburse eligible public transportation agencies that provide an eligible individual (i.e., an individual who is 60 years or older, has a disability, receives a means-tested benefit, or is a low-income individual, or the spouse of such an individual) a free unlimited transportation pass (i.e., a T-U pass).
