DUI Reporting Act of 2018

This bill requires the Department of Transportation (DOT) to withhold national priority safety program grant funds from a state that does not appear on the most recent list provided to DOT by the Department of Justice identifying states that are appropriately reporting arrests for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
