Standardizing Testing and Accountability Before Large Elections Giving Electors Necessary Information for Unobstructed Selection Act or the STABLE GENIUS Act

This bill amends the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to require the principal campaign committee of a candidate for President to file a report with the Election Assistance Commission containing the results of a medical examination of the candidate conducted by a medical office under the jurisdiction of the Department of the Navy after the candidate won the nomination of a political party.
