GI Bill Distance Learning Improvement Act

This bill directs the Department of Veterans Affairs to make one-time payments to eligible individuals pursuing a program of education under the Post-9/11 Educational Assistance program solely through distance learning on more than a half-time basis for the puchase of a computer.
