Tobacco to 21 Act
This bill prohibits the sale or distribution of tobacco products to individuals under the age of 21.
The Department of Health and Human Services must enforce this prohibition by taking necessary actions including, as appropriate, conducting undercover compliance checks, performing retailer inspections, initiating enforcement actions for noncompliance, and establishing requirements that retailers check identification.
