Robert E. Lee Statue Removal Act

This bill directs the Department of the Interior to develop a plan to remove the monument to Robert E. Lee at Antietam National Battlefield in Maryland.

Interior must submit to Congress a time line for the removal of such monument in accordance with the plan.
