Voter Roll Integrity Act of 2017

This bill requires states to obtain certain information before removing a registrant from the official list of eligible voters for federal elections when the removal is based on cross-checking voter information with other states. The bill also requires (1) the state to notify a registrant of the pending removal; and (2) the removal to be completed no later than six months before an election, where currently a removal may be completed 90 days before.
