Bettering Resources in Guarding from Human Trafficking Act of 2017 or the BRIGHT Act of 2017

This bill amends the federal criminal code to establish a five-year mandatory minimum prison term for certain offenses related to peonage, slavery, involuntary servitude, forced labor, and trafficking.
