Renew Act of 2017

This bill amends the federal criminal code to modify expungement eligibility criteria for certain first-time drug offenders.

Specifically, it broadens eligibility to allow the expungement of certain records related to a first-time drug possession offense committed before age 25 (currently, before age 21).
