Homeless Veterans Assistance Fund Act of 2017

This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to: (1) establish in the Treasury the Homeless Veterans Assistance Fund to provide services to homeless veterans; (2) allow individual taxpayers to designate on their tax returns a portion of any overpayment of tax or an additional contribution for the fund; and (3) require the Departments of Veterans Affairs, Labor, and Housing and Urban Development, to include in the President's budget, beginning with FY2019, a description of the uses of the fund during the previous fiscal year and the proposed uses for the next fiscal year.
