Stop Taxpayer Funded Settlements Act

This bill prohibits federal officials and employees from entering into settlements that provide for payment of attorney's fees by the federal government in cases brought under the Clean Air Act, the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (commonly known as the Clean Water Act), or the Endangered Species Act of 1973.
