Indian Healthcare Improvement Act of 2017

This bill reaffirms existing amendments to the Indian Health Care Improvement Act and certain other provisions of law relating to health care for Native Americans.

The bill prohibits federal funds provided by those amendments from being used to pay for any abortion or to cover any part of the costs of any health plan that covers abortion, except when a women's life would otherwise be endangered or the pregnancy is the result of rape or incest.
