Urges the Secretary of State, U.S. allies, and the United Nations to raise the cases of Siamak and Baquer Namazi with Iranian officials at every opportunity and undertake efforts to secure their immediate release.

Encourages the President to utilize appropriate measures against such government if they are not released.
