Recognizes the 70th anniversary of the Fulbright program.
Encourages the President and the Department of State to work with the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs to support the Fulbright program.
Congratulates all Fulbright award recipients.
Calls on students, scholars, and professionals around the world to seek out opportunities to engage with each other and promote international good will.
