Condemns the recent dangerous and unprofessional Russian intercepts of U.S.-flagged aircraft and vessels.
Calls on: (1) the Russian Federation to cease provocative military maneuvers that endanger U.S. and allied forces; and (2) the United States, its European allies, and the international community to pressure the Russian Federation to cease such behavior.
Reaffirms the right of the United States to operate military aircraft and vessels in international airspace and waters.
