Guantanamo Bay Recidivism Prevention Act of 2015

This bill prohibits assistance under the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 and the Arms Export Control Act for five years to a foreign country if: (1) the country received an individual who was released or transferred from United States Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, on or after February 1, 2015; and (2) after the date of such release or transfer, the individual is included in a report of individuals confirmed or suspected of returning to terrorist activities.
