Bottles and Breastfeeding Equipment Screening Act

This bill directs the Department of Homeland Security to:

  • notify air carriers and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) security screening personnel of TSA's 3-1-1 Liquids Rule Exemption guidelines allowing baby formula, breast milk, and juice on aircraft; and
  • include training on all special procedures under TSA's travel guidelines for TSA security screening personnel.
