This bill amends the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 to direct the Army Corps of Engineers to develop a comprehensive assessment and management plan to restore aquatic ecosystems in the North Atlantic coast region. (Current law requires the Corps to determine the feasibility of carrying out projects to restore such ecosystems.)
