This bill directs the U.S. Postal Service to issue a Battle of Midway 75th Anniversary Semipostal Stamp, to be made available to the public for one year, beginning not later than June 4, 2017.

Amounts from the sale of this semipostal stamp shall be transferred to the Department of Defense to contribute to the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Midway.
