(Sec. 1) This bill directs the Department of the Interior to convey, without consideration, to SEND North in Anchorage, Alaska, the reversionary interests of the United States in and to a specified area of 210 acres located in the city of Glennallen and owned by SEND North for the purpose of unencumbering its title and enabling its economic development.
