Aurora VA Hospital Financing and Construction Reform Act of 2015
Authorizes the Secretary of Veterans Affairs (VA) to carry out the Aurora medical facility project to replace the VA Medical Center in Denver, Colorado.
Requires VA to enter into an agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers giving the Corps the authority to perform the project, design, contract, and construction management necessary to complete such project.
