Insourcing American Airport Jobs Act of 2016
This bill prohibits the President from regulating or prohibiting the provision of technical services in the United States for aircraft of a foreign carrier en route to or from another country that are otherwise permitted under an international air transportation agreement.
The requirement shall not apply if:
- the country is a state sponsor of terrorism, or
- the United States is at war with the country or there is imminent danger to the public health or the physical safety of travelers to the country.
