Protect Against School Shootings Act or the PASS Act

This bill amends the federal criminal code to permit active and retired law enforcement officers and persons who are legally allowed to carry a concealed firearm under state law to bring their firearms onto traditionally gun-free school grounds.

Additionally, the bill permits such persons to discharge a firearm in defense of self or others, in a school zone.
