Defending Gun Rights Against Executive Overreach Act

This bill prohibits the use of federal funds to: (1) limit an individual's conduct related to firearms in a way that is more restrictive than limitations in effect as of January 5, 2016, or (2) change the operation of the national instant criminal background check system.
