Critical Access Hospitals for Veterans Act or the CAHV Act

This bill directs the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to provide eligible requesting veterans who are enrolled in the VA health care system with hospital care and medical services at critical access hospitals pursuant to an agreement between the VA and the Department of Health and Human Services.
