No Guns for Terrorists Act of 2015


This bill amends the federal criminal code to make it a crime to knowingly sell or transfer a firearm to a known or suspected terrorist, as determined by the Department of Justice. (The Federal Bureau of Investigation administers the Terrorist Screening Center, which maintains the Terrorist Screening Database - the U.S. government's consolidated database of individuals known or reasonably suspected to be involved in terrorist activities.)
