Veterans Access to Orthotic and Prosthetic Care Act

This bill directs the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to ensure that: (1) each VA prosthetist and orthotist and each VA employee who provides prosthetic or orthotic services meets all current certification and licensing requirements, and (2) each VA orthotic or prosthetic facility and laboratory that provides prosthetic and orthotic services is certified by one of the nationally recognized accrediting bodies.
