Veterans Administration Legislative and Objective Review Act of 2015 or the VALOR Act of 2015

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to contract with a non-government entity to conduct a biannual audit of VA health care functions, the results of which shall be made publicly available on a VA website.
