Mountains to Sound Greenway National Heritage Act
Establishes the Mountains to Sound Greenway National Heritage Area in the state of Washington.
Directs the Department of the Interior to designate a willing local unit of government or a nonprofit organization to serve as the coordinating entity for the Heritage Area, which shall prepare and submit a management plan for it.
