Right-of-Way for American Drivers Act of 2015

This bill repeals the transportation alternatives program. That program funds such projects as those for pedestrians and bicyclists, non-driver and disabled access to safe transportation, recreational trails and areas, land use in rights-of-way, and environmental mitigation (including protection of wildlife).
