Don't Ignore the Will of the American People Act

This bill prohibits the obligation of funds made available under the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2015, to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for its Office of the Administrator until the EPA rescinds the rule entitled, "Clean Water Rule: Definition of Waters of the United States," about the scope of the Clean Water Act.
