Veterans Dependents' Parity Act

Extends the eligibility of a child for medical care under the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs (CHAMPVA) until the child's 26th birthday, regardless of the child's marital status or whether the child is pursuing a full-time course of instruction at an educational institution.
