No Golden Parachutes for Public Service Act
Amends the federal criminal code to replace the current two-year ban on lobbying contacts by former Senators and one-year ban on lobbying contacts by former Members of the House of Representatives, including former elected House officers, with any Member, officer, or employee of either chamber with an outright ban at any time on such contacts, subject to fines and/or imprisonment.
Referred to the Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, Homeland Security, and Investigations.
